Manage Upload Files
[TEMPLATE] > [UPLOAD FILES]
Manages upload file groups to be used in security policies. To configure an upload control policy, an upload file group containing at least one file extension must first be created. The major policies where upload file groups are applied are as follows:

Manage User Upload File Groups
ADD UPLOAD FILE GROUP
[TEMPLATE] > [UPLOAD FILES] > USER > Click [ADD UPLOAD GROUP]
Adds a new upload file group. Click the [ADD UPLOAD GROUP] button, enter the group information, and click [SAVE]. An audit log is created when the group is added.

EDIT UPLOAD FILE GROUP
[TEMPLATE] > [UPLOAD FILES] > USER > (Select Upload File Group) > [EDIT]
Modifies the information of an existing upload file group. An audit log is created upon completion.

Danger
A warning window displays the list of domain groups, default policies, and snapshots currently using the group you intend to modify.
Modifying a group changes data integrity, so existing default policies and snapshots using this group may no longer be usable. Please exercise caution.

REMOVE UPLOAD FILE GROUP
[TEMPLATE] > [UPLOAD FILES] > USER > (Select Upload File Group) > Click [REMOVE] icon in the upper right
Deletes an upload file group. If any extension within the group is currently in use by a security policy, the group will not be deleted.
Danger
Groups currently in use by Domain Group Policies or Default Policies cannot be deleted.
To delete, you must first delete the Default Policy referencing this group and stop using the group (change to None) in the Domain Group Policy. Once deletion is complete, existing snapshots that included this group will be disabled.
UPLOAD / DOWNLOAD UPLOAD FILE GROUP
[TEMPLATE] > [UPLOAD FILES] > USER > Click [UPLOAD] > (Select .df file) > [UPLOAD]
[TEMPLATE] > [UPLOAD FILES] > USER > Click [DOWNLOAD] > (Select Group) > [DOWNLOAD]
You can back up user upload file groups or share them with other Managers by downloading/uploading .df files.
Manage Upload Files
ADD UPLOAD FILE EXTENSION
[TEMPLATE] > [UPLOAD FILES] > USER > (Select Upload File Group) > Click [ADD EXTENSION] icon in the upper right
Adds a new extension to the selected group. Select the group and click the [ADD EXTENSION] icon in the upper right to open a pop-up window. Enter the information and click [SAVE] to complete the addition. A relevant audit log is created.

EDIT UPLOAD FILE
[TEMPLATE] > [UPLOAD FILES] > USER > (Select Upload File Group) > (Select Extension) > Click [EDIT] icon in the upper right
Modifies registered extension information. Select the item to modify and click the [EDIT] icon. Enter the changes and click [SAVE] to complete the modification. A relevant audit log is created.

Danger
Modifying extension information changes the data integrity of policies and snapshots using that group, making related snapshots unusable. Please exercise caution.

REMOVE UPLOAD FILE
[TEMPLATE] > [UPLOAD FILES] > USER > (Select Upload File Group) > (Select Extension) > Click [REMOVE] icon in the upper right
Deletes an upload file (extension). Select the item to delete and click the [REMOVE] icon. It is removed from the list, and a relevant audit log is created.

Danger
Extension items currently in use by Domain Group Policies or Default Policies cannot be deleted.
To delete, you must first delete the Default Policy referencing it and disable the setting (change to None) in the Domain Group Policy. Once deletion is complete, existing snapshots that included this item will be disabled.
