METHOD
[POLICY] > (Select Domain Group) > [Policy Settings] > DOMAIN POLICY > [METHOD]
This policy configures IP groups allowed or blocked for each HTTP method (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, etc.).
Controlling access to specific methods helps prevent unnecessary or dangerous method calls.
* IP Group Settings: Managed in the [TEMPLATE] > [IP] menu. For details, refer to the IP Management page.
* Method Settings: Managed in the [TEMPLATE] > [METHODS] menu. For details, refer to the Methods page.

Set Method Policy
[POLICY] > (Select Domain Group) > [Policy Settings] > DOMAIN POLICY > [METHOD] > (Select Method) > [ADD POLICY]
Registers an IP-based access control policy for the selected method. Selecting a target from the method list and clicking the [ADD POLICY] button opens the settings window. Select the IP group to apply, set the response method (Allow/Block, etc.), and click [SAVE] to add the policy.

| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | The unique identifier ID of the IP group. |
| IP GROUP | Select the target IP group to apply the policy to. (System-defined group or user-defined group) |
| ACTION | Select the action to perform when the specified IP group calls the method. • NONE: Does not apply the policy. • ALLOW: Allows access and skips the next policy check. • DENY: Blocks access. • REDIRECT: Blocks access and redirects to the specified page. • DETECT: Records a detection log only and continues to check the next policy without blocking. |
| LOG TYPE | Selects the detail level of the log to record upon detection. (NONE / LOW / FULL) |
Set Method Policy Priority
[POLICY] > (Select Domain Group) > [Policy Settings] > DOMAIN POLICY > [METHOD] > (Select Method) > [ADD POLICY] > (Adjust Priority)
Changes the policy application order between registered IP groups. The lower the priority number (closer to 1), the earlier it is inspected. After adjusting the order, click [SAVE] to apply the settings.
