FILE PATTERN POLICY

URL File Pattern Policy Settings

[POLICY] > (Select Domain Group) > [SET POLICY] > URL POLICY > (Select URL) > [FILE PATTERN]

This policy inspects the content (Pattern) of files uploaded by clients to the web server to detect and block extension forgery or malicious code inclusion. It allows for deeper inspection than the Upload Policy (extension check).

  • Pattern Registration Required: Since DeepFinder does not provide default file patterns, users must register patterns manually.
  • Pattern Management: Patterns used in the policy are configured in the [TEMPLATE] > [SECURITY PATTERN] menu. For details, please refer to the SecurityPattern page.
