Method Exception
Request to Allow Specific Methods
1. Check Security Log
Check the Method value that requires exception handling in the security log.

| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Target Information | Displays information about the detected attack target (URL, IP, etc.). |
| Attack Type | Displays the type and details of the detected attack. (e.g., Method Block) |
| Header | Displays the actual Header value detected within the HTTP protocol. |
2. Domain Security Policy Exception Settings
2-1) Go to Policy Settings Menu
[POLICY] > (Company) > (Double-click Domain Group) > [SET POLICY] (or click [OPEN POLICY SETTINGS] on the log screen)

2-2) Check Blocked Method and Set IP Group Exception
Find the blocked method item (e.g., PUT, DELETE, etc.) identified in the log. Select the IP Group allowed to use that method to apply the exception.

2-3) Check Application Results
To verify if the settings have been applied correctly, forcibly trigger an event. Then, check that no more block logs are generated and access is successful.
